Why we started

When I first moved to this remote part of the Northern Rivers, I experienced firsthand the frustration of trying to find what I needed locally online; the right local business.
Many, not all, had outdated websites or incomplete information, making it difficult to know who was open, what exactly they offered, or if they were even still around.
I found myself making way too many phone calls and, too often, settling for the best price rather than the best fit.
And that experience opened my eyes to a bigger problem—one that hurts both customers and small local businesses.
Many of the incredible local businesses I wanted to support were invisible online, while people like me, the customer, eager to shop locally, struggled to find them.
